MALTED CEREALS

The word “malt” is used to describe a cereal (barley, wheat, rye etc) that has undergone a germination and drying process.


Different types of malt can be achieved through the malting process. Molí Muntada offers malts with enzymatic activity, toasted malts in different colour shades as well as caramelised malts that have different colour shades.
